DO YOU HAVE AN ACTUAL STORE IN CAN VISIT?

Nope, no bricks & mortar for us. The atelier can’t be visited.  But although we only exist online, there are still tons of ways to stay in touch with us.

What is the return policy?

the jewelry comes in a transparent sealed bag. You can check your items through the bag. If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, neither are we and you are therefore more than welcome to return products that are in original condition. with the bag which contains the goods still sealed. within 14 days after you have received your order. The return is at your own costs’. All returns are normally processed and refunded within 10-30 days from the day you send it back.

Please send an email to info@isabellegimaud.com. With your comment and I will sent you a return label. Returning your purchased goods is at you own costs. A refund will be made as soon as the goods have arrived back in the atelier.

For hygienic reason jewelry out of the sealed bag cannot be returned. 

How much is the shipping / postage?

The ordered goods are shipped by my parcel/post.nl. The shipping cost depends on the value of your order. Shipping on purchase over 75 euro is free for the Netherlands. For orders below 75 euro the shipping cost is 4.10 euro.

For international shipping in europe orders above 100 euro are free. Below 100 euro the costs’ are 7,50 euro for Europe. 

Shipping costs’ are 15,00 euro for the rest of the world.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All shipped orders and paid cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email and we’ll do what we can.

I did not receive my order confirmation email. Can you resend it to me?

An order confirmation email is system generated and automatically sent out once your order is approved. If you did not receive your email, please check your spam folder, if you do not see it, reach out to info@isabellegimaud.com so we can forward a copy.

What forms of payment do you accept?


Currently, we accept Ideal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal.

What about care and warranty?

Avoid wearing your jewelry in the bath, shower or swimming pool, the water can cause it to discolor. Store your jewelry away from the sun in a cool, dark place – something airtight is best as it prevents your jewelry from oxidizing. Please be careful not to allow perfumes, make-up, body and sun creams touch your pieces as this can cause it to tarnish.

Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth, free of cleaners or polishing agents.

Warranties

Our 925 silver and gold plated/filled jewelry  have a warranty of 6 months. Please note that in order for the warranty to be valid you will have to return to us your faulty item in full in order to receive a replacement.
